10. Madoka Kikuta (34 Points, 4 Votes)

High Vote: 1 (TimB, @bigboysplaywcw)

% of Ballots Made: 21.1%

The highest ceiling and most potential of any wrestling currently under 25. The Dragon Gate house style and fan culture fail him just like Shingo who was of a similar mold before him. Already suffering major setbacks but shown the ability to bounce right back in-ring. With an unassuming physical charisma that doesn’t leap off the page but slowly builds until you realize he is undeniable. – TimB

9. Dante Martin (34 Points, 6 Votes)

High Vote: 2 (Henry/HeadCheese)

% of Ballots Made: 31.6%

One of the most polarizing things that anyone in wrestling can do is come across as a Normal Guy. It’s something that can’t be taught, and is a complete statistical anomaly, considering that most people get into pro wrestling as a career BECAUSE they’re weird little freaks, not in spite of it. Dante Martin has that elusive Normal Guy quality, and on top of that, he could be the next Rob Van Dam. Take from that statement what you wish. – pto

8. Jacky Kamei (34 Points, 6 Votes)

High Vote: 1 (EAMONN)

% of Ballots Made: 31.6%

Possibly the best babyface going in 2024 and a sparkplug of a worker to boot. It’s impossible to look away when Jacky get’s rolling. After moving on from his Kung Fu Masters pairing with Jason Lee, Jacky is proving that he can catch lighting in a bottle again teaming with the other members of Big Hug (HYO & Luis Mante) to equally as impressive output. – TimB

  • vs. Dragon Dia (Dragon Gate 9/16/24)
  • w/ Luis Mante vs. Dragon Kid & Naruki Doi vs. Flamita & Kzy vs. Jason Lee & Shun Skywalker (Dragon Gate 7/24/24)

7. Yurika Oka (37 Points, 7 Votes)

High Vote: 2 (Cole)

% of Ballots Made: 36.8%

All guts and heart, Oka is one of the best babyfaces in the world at only 20 years old. Her development over the past couple of years has been rapid and she has shot up the card in Sendai Girls with her incredible fiery performances against stars like Chihiro Hashimoto and Sareee. Whether by herself or in a tag team with Mio Momono, Yurika Oka is magnetic. – Cole

Man, she’s just fun as hell. Especially right now, as she’s started to pick up some steam, winning the SenJo tag titles. Probably the wrestler I’m the least worried about. A Sendai Girls wrestler that constantly gets tested by taking on the best joshi wrestlers in tag and singles action. Does she win? Does she bollocks, but she at least puts in a good effort. A similar situation and outlook as any of the Evolution Joshi wrestlers, just with an extra three years of seasoning. Die 1000 times, but on the 1001st you win it big.

Being a rookie is exactly like being a gambling addict. – NoMoreCreatives

6. Miu Watanabe (48 Points, 6 Votes)

High Vote: 1 (Chris, @tirwrestling, Henry/HeadCheese)

% of Ballots Made: 31.6%

Call me crazy, one of the better talents in TJPW. At the same level as the elder gods of the promotion. Mileage certainly varies with that statement, but I love her stuff. I wish Koda would let her wrestle more freelancers, or at least take on some genuine ass kickers. I guess I get my wish with her facing Ryo Mizunami next month, but I can also see where that match goes very easily. Overall, I’m not shocked she’s on this list, and hope to see her in the VP100 next year. – NoMoreCreatives
