Wet Hot Rotten Rewatch

I need to kick off this special edition of Rotten Rewatch by discussing a writer far superior to myself. He also […]

An Exercise in Wasting time

Will Ospreay vs. MJF – AEW International Championship(AEW Dynamite #250) [Jun. 17 2024] Kicking your audience in the dick is a choice. For some bookers, it’s a valuable tool that they use to sew the fabric of a satisfying payoff at a major occasion later down the line. For others, it’s a crutch that they […]

2010: Violent

Original Art courtesy of Elicia Mccoy My choice of 2010 was two-fold. Firstly I wanted to cover the brief departure from WWE. Secondly to revisit winning the inaugural wXw Ambition. Bryan’s release was stemmed from being deemed too violent. Let me add some background, Bryan Danielson had been signed and released by WWE at least […]

2009: Bryan Danielson is the King Of the Trios

What is Bryan Danielson’s biggest weakness? Readers of this site may come to differing conclusions, but among the more critical and tenured fans out there, the most hotly debated topic is match length. As covered in Violent People co-founder and overall stud Tanner’s 2006 article Dragon by The Numbers, Bryan Danielson likes to go long. […]

2008: Danielson Learned A Thing Or Two About Ending A Thing Or Two

2007 was not a great year for Bryan Danielson. He lost the chance to become the first ever two time ROH world champion, got his retina detached mid-match, and had to take a good chunk of time off because of said injury. This was all thanks to one single man, the roadblock our hero has […]
